Everything but the kitchen sink.

Taking apart my fridge and washing all the various trays, drawers, and parts has sharply reminded me why I want one of these:

I currently have the original, cheap-ass, shallow, stainless steel double sink that came in the house. If you look at a dish the wrong way, water floods your counters. I would dearly love to have a sink like this one.  Image from Southern Living.

Ooh, I love those big farmhouse sinks. I'd love one, too, one day, but it'd have to be made of sterner stuff than the white fiberglass one I have now, which has done nothing but chip and crack and stain for the past six years. Hmph!

Yeah, fiberglass...only good on boats for sinks and shower pans. Yuck. I'd love a big ol' copper one, but $$$Ka-ching!
